How To Order



Choose Your Items

Select your items on the menu page. Once happy with the items you have selected click "Cart" to view your items and proceed with your order.

Set Delivery Time

Once on the "Cart" page, first select the required delivery times and click the "Add Time" button for each time. Once completed selected the required delivery time for each product. Click "Update Cart"

Enter Details

Once happy with your Cart selection click "Proceed to Checkout". Here you must enter your billing and shipping details and you can review your order and selected delivery times.

Have It Delivered

Finalise your order by then clicking "Place Order". Proceed to our payment gateway and have you catering delivered!

We offer three different ways to order with Pen Catering:

ONLINE ORDERING: Order online by searching through our menu and add each item and its quantity to the shopping cart. When complete, continue through to checkout and enter your account and delivery details. Finally, we will be in touch to confirm the details of your order.

PHONE ORDERING: Call our friendly customer service team on (02) 9571 7288.

EMAIL ORDERING: Email your order through to


We will review your order and send you through a confirmation email. If you require any changes just contact us on (02) 9571 7288 and we will amend your order accordingly.

Order Production & Delivery

We allocate 30 minutes lead time on all cold food order deliveries, therefore your order should arrive within half an hour of your requested delivery time. Hot food, however, is more time sensitive. To ensure you order remains warm we deliver within 10 minutes of your requested delivery time. Our custom made equipment will ensure your order is warm and ready to eat.

Platters will be picked up within a few days by one of our drivers.

Feedback & Invoicing

If it is your first time ordering with Pen Catering we will give you a call to ensure you are happy with our services. If it is not your first time and you have feedback (good or bad) please email us at or give us a call on (02) 9571 7288. We always appreciate feedback as listening to our clients recommendations has helped us get where we are today.

Invoices are emailed to assigned recipient within 2 business days after completion of the job.


We do not charge for modified or cancelled orders if granted ample notice. It's more important to us that our catering is delivered as expected!

As a general rule, orders that are modified to a lesser amount (of items) or cancelled on the day of production and cannot be used elsewhere will incur a charge proportionate to the total cost of the order.

CREDIT CARD: For first time and/or non-account customers credit card is compulsory. We charge only after job completion. If you don’t have a credit card please call us on (02) 9571 7288 and ask for Ray.

ACCOUNT: Customers also have the option of paying via EFT, Cheque or Credit Card with flexible terms ranging from 7-60 days depending on your Accounts Payable Department.
